June 4th 2009 - Registration for the NatRoad Annual Conference

Registration is now open for the NatRoad Annual Conference on August 6 – 8 at the Novotel Pacific Bay Resort in Coffs Harbour, and delegates who register before July 10 are eligible for the early bird discount.

“NatRoad is extending an invitation to all its members and other members of the trucking industry to attend this year’s Conference, offering an opportunity to network with fellow peers, the NatRoad Board and Staff and a number of industry suppliers,” said NatRoad President Rob McIntosh.

“2009 is proving to be a tough year, with the current World Economic Crisis and it’s affect on businesses and trade here in Australia so we have designed this year’s conference around proactive strategies to assist in overcoming these challenges.”

“It is through events such as the conference that we are able to share information as well as provide entertainment in a relaxing atmosphere for the delegates” Mr McIntosh said.

NatRoad, the National Road Transport Operators Association incorporating Australian Road Train Association, is committed to providing leadership, support and development of its members, staff and stakeholders in the road transport industry.

Last year, the NatRoad Annual Conference was held at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort in the Sunshine Coast with over 200 delegates attending.
